Why study Interior Design?
Empowerment through creation
Great design gives people agency. It reminds us that we have control over how we present ourselves, how we interpret the world, and how we respond to it. Whether someone is doodling in a notebook or building an interior, the act of making something from nothing is also inherently empowering. This passion and innovation for design translates into the interior itself. Modern interiors can for instance help people explore emotions, cope with trauma or build confidence. In education, design can support users to think critically, learn playfully, solve problems and express themselves. In business well designed spaces increase productivity along side employee health. The world needs ‘social impact’ driven designers more than ever before. With vast awareness of sustainability, graduate designers of today are developing radical and visionary spaces for mind, body and spirit.
